Respect your labor force, they are more intelligent than you think or don't think

Where do I start, my research shows corporate attitudes towards their labor are appallingly disrespectful. It is as if there are two classes of people within an organization. Management the educated, wise and more intelligent upper class and labor the uneducated, less intelligent and only working for the paycheck lower class. A word for the wise a lack of education is not a lack of intelligence, the position a person holds within a company simply indicates a life choice.
